It’s simple, really

1. Eat clean every three hours.
2. Lift weights–yes, ladies: that means you, too.
3. Get off your butt and do your cardio. Forget the current fad and pop culture programs, many of which foster poor form and result in nasty injuries. Nothing beats the basics: pumping iron, eating clean, and burning calories. Why do some people want to keep recreating the wheel? (Sigh) It ain’t rocket science–but it does require preparation and commitment. And, if one of THOSE workout programs have you bruised or injured, it’s time to come see us for rehab and a proper physique transformation program.
